Someone leaves a bottle.
We keep the paper.
A name need not appear here. Read three anonymous records by their printed codes. We say only what the tag can tell us.
These three tags come from our shelf ledger of 30 September 2151. Each carries a different date, destination and unfinished arrangement. This page does not continuously observe contents or present custody.
SY19Beyond the public port
Oldest retained paper tag; contents and present custody unknown.
The paper has outlasted several changes to the shelf. Its date belongs to the tag. We cannot turn that date into the age of a bottle, the age of its contents, or the age of a vessel. The destination line is all the public record gives us.

Review arrangement, not a confirmed voyage or delivery.
A vessel reference and a review date were written down together. They are a reminder to revisit an arrangement, not evidence that a ship sailed or that a bottle travelled with it. Any delivery would need its own agreed handoff.

NP07Collection at the counter
Expiry means review the retrieval arrangement, not automatic disposal.
The record names an anonymous tea concentrate and collection at the counter. An elapsed date asks for a conversation about retrieval. It does not give us permission to empty a bottle, and this dated page cannot tell you whether the bottle is here now.

Before anything leaves the shelf
A lookup is not a handoff.
We agree review dates and retrieval methods privately at the counter. The public page keeps the anonymous clues that are needed. Actual custody, identity checks and a handoff still need the counter’s confirmation.
For a separate delivery enquiry, AbyssExpress provides its named dispatch scope and fee worksheet. Reading a tag notifies no carrier, moves no bottle and confirms no sailing.
